Ginger Radke takes a vision and makes it a reality through sound strategy development. She intuitively identifies the threads of opportunity that reside within an organization, collect them to drive sustainable operational strategy aimed at creating a holistic approach focused on risk management. Respected as a credible voice in decision making, establishing boundaries, Ginger earns a seat at the table wherever she serves.
Currently, as a Vice President at Wells Fargo Consumer Lending, Ginger oversees strategic risk management and BASEL required assessments. She successfully led the implementation of several new risk management programs aimed at proactive risk management impacting millions of customers.
Ginger holds an MBA from Champlain College; Burlington, Vermont, BS Business Administration from Norwich University; Northfield, Vermont and a Law Enforcement certificate from Metropolitan State University; St. Paul, Minnesota. She has served as a volunteer for Girl Scouts USA, St. Jude Children’s Hospital Fundraisers and the United Way ARISE Project.
