Kristi’s career has been focused on marketing, advertising, and communications planning with a solid foundation in brand marketing, consumer insight and communications, involvement with emerging trends and new media and measurement. Her emphasis has been on the importance of striking the balance of math and magic in using marketing to grow businesses, motivated by opportunities to make a mark on the industry.
Her experiences span working both client (Target & Clorox) and agency side of marketing with some of the greatest creative agencies, Crispin, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Arnold and with some of the greatest brands including Target, Starbucks, Microsoft, Charles Schwab, Nike, HP, Xbox, Fidelity, TJX, Dunkin Donuts, and eBay. She has also driven enterprise strategic relationships with partners including Google, Disney, and Pinterest, who define the retail and media industry.
Kristi’s passion is HORSES! An avid rider and owner of multiple horses, she has been particularly interested in the role horses play in a human’s healing and growth journey. She was introduced to Hold Your Horses through participation in HYH clinics (Five Roles of the Master Herder and Healing the Herd). Impressed with the work of the horses, staff, and facility, she was looking for ways to support the organization and jumped at the chance to join the HYH Board of Directors.
